EXAMPLES ANIMAL TALK

Where knowledge comes from does not need to be pondered over as far as a horse is connected. When we shift our own perspectives, then we start to get an inkling of this. It’s an intense, expansive, and magnificent revelation. To allow horses to teach, help, and heal, we must always look at the world from their perspective. This aspect of awareness, of becoming horse-like, will help to become not only more fulfilled, but more complete as human beings. To do this and see the world from the horse’s viewpoint, we need to monitor our own expectations, judgements, and prejudices. (Margrit Coates, Connecting with Horses, p. 151)
